Creative Lead

As a Creative Lead, you are responsible for managing our brand team, which consists of graphic designers, a motion designer, and a creative content marketer. You combine team leadership activities with a hands-on role in creating high-quality content, focusing on storytelling and copywriting. You report to the Brand & Communication Manager and work closely with the Art Director to maintain the balance between brand consistency and innovative campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
- Hands-on Copywriting and Storytelling: Craft compelling texts and brand stories that make an impact and amplify our message.
- Team Development: Coach, guide, and inspire the brand team to foster their professional growth.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all creative output aligns with our brand identity and meets the highest quality standards.
- Project Management: Organize creative projects, set priorities, and ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
- Brand Consistency: Implement the brand identity across all communication materials and campaigns in alignment with the brand strategy.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in copywriting, storytelling, and branding.
- Experience leading creative teams.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and meeting deadlines.
- A hands-on mentality and the drive to contribute directly to creative output.
