As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by:
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage requests, processes, and orders efficiently.
- Overseeing the complete Order-to-Cash process, from order collection through to final invoicing.
- Responding to client inquiries regarding stock availability, expected delivery dates, order status, and more.
- Handling after-sales activities, including managing return requests, addressing complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Facilitating collaboration between our Belgian headquarters and the Italian office, ensuring adherence to the company’s best practices.
- Organizing and booking shipments for samples and marketing materials.

- You bring relevant experience from a similar role, showcasing your expertise.

- You possess proficiency in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
